Impounded Vehicle

If your vehicle has been impounded, please call 415-431-8400 (24 hours a day). Vehicle release hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday and after hours. Please call ahead for after-hours pickups and an employee with be able to assist. An after-hours fee will apply. If your vehicle was towed by a police department, you may need to collect a release before picking up your vehicle.

In order to release an impounded vehicle you MUST have the following:

A Valid Driver’s License
Title, Registration, or Insurance Card with full Vin #
Cash or Credit Card for Payment.
Daily Storage Rates Apply to Each Calendar Day
